DAYTON, OHIO | A matchup of two of the Pioneer League’s top teams turned out to be one-sided.
Dayton (8-0, 5-0) dominated the first half and rolled to a 31-14 victory over Jacksonville (6-3, 3-2) on Saturday.
The Flyers raced to a 24-0 halftime and blanked the Dolphins until the final play of the third quarter. Dayton quarterback Alex Jeske was 20-of-23 passing and accounted for two touchdowns with no turnovers.
